Forms....

I had just finished my forms. While completing all the forms of my students, there is one thing that comes in my mind,. Why does the public education sector set these stuff of completing the students profile and records through technology like preparing all the information and data in the computer and accompanied by intertnet in oredr to avoid loosing and can easily check and change some/few wrong infos data

Please don't give a wrong connotation on my suggestion, instead, think of the best way to implement that upadated way of preparing a forms.
